Brilliant food. Hotel was good for everyone...

Spent Christmas holidays at this resort and had a fantastic time! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and close to shops and restaurants. the entertainment was great, with live music and festive activities. Loved that they had a special Christmas dinner with traditional food and lots of options to choose from.

That some of the staff members had a language barrier which made communication a bit difficult at times. the Wi-Fi connection was a little slow and unreliable.

This hotel is the perfect luxurious and exclusive getaway. the Spa & wellness centre is impressive, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, with beach access, and the night club has live entertainment and karaoke. the massage and Turkish bath were divine, and the seasonal outdoor pool and garden area were clean and well-maintained.

The only notable issue we experienced was slow service in the snack bar. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The location was fantastic; it was right on the beach where the sea was shallow and clear. The hotel facilities were great - the waterpark and funfair were perfect for my younger siblings. the entertainment was varied and enjoyable. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the rooms were smart and clean.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a great holiday in a beautiful hotel. the location was perfect, with a tremendous area that allowed for easy access to Side-history center and the beach. the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, and the view from my room was breathtaking. I enjoyed several facilities such as gaming section, bowling, and billiard. the hotel also provided everything I needed, so I didn't have to wait for anything.

I wished they paid more attention to guest complaints, like in one instance when their cleaning lady entered a closed room without permission.

The hotel I stayed at offered a variety of bars with free drinks always available. The private beach had plenty of sunbeds available and the rooms were equipped with a balcony and minibar refilled daily, adding comfort to my stay. it was conveniently located near many local attractions and restaurants.

A couple of points were not up to par: the service could have been better as I had to ask for things multiple times, and the room was not as clean as expected. Lastly, the hotel was quite noisy due to rowdy guests and loud activities taking place throughout the day and night which made sleeping difficult.
